Good Start?

I just started this story today! Do me a favor and please either +1 this or comment if you think that this would be a good idea for a story! If I don't get any I know that I should move on or alter the story plot.  ****WARNING! Kind of intense and a little graphic haha****      It felt like fire as the chemicals made their way into my vein and through my blood stream. I bite my lip in an effort to restrain myself from pulling my arm away as the needle remained in my upper arm. For a second the world flashed and fazed in and out, a wave of dizziness falling over me, causing my eyes to droop. I inhale a sharp breath as the nurse pulls the syringe away. I close my eyes, the fiery feeling fading slowly from my body. My head still spun a little as I feel Cleo's hand fall upon my wrist.  "Breathe Aspen, breathe." her voice rang softly through my head. I take a shaky breath in and hold it for a second, releasing it at the thought of the fiery pain. I finally open m

***This Sentence Pt.2***

**** Here is another sentence from my story! If you've got time it would be awesome if you could give me some feedback on how the sentence makes you feel or if it might be a good hook. "I didn’t like lying, and I didn’t like believing something that wasn’t true, but I had to if I was ever going to get out of here." How does this sentence make you feel? Does it pull you in? What does this make you think of the character? What do you think is going on? ****

Vote on a title!

**** Quick summary of the book: Kai is drugged and taken from her town. She becomes part of the Society Of Colors, more specifically-The Ones in Silver. She is forced to train with them, their purpose to prevent the Telekinetic Spellbinding Demoniacs from controlling everyone's souls. With a desperate urge to get back home to where she came from she starts making plans, but instead she accidentally starts making friends and maybe something more than just friends. When she hears her mother had been controlled by the Demoniacs, she realizes how important The Ones in Silver are to not only her but her whole entire family and town. Will she choose to follow the ones who have drugged her and betrayed her trust more than once or will she get away and try to save her loved ones on her own. Here are some titles for that book, please comment and tell me what title you think is the best. I am always taking ideas! Silver Bullet The Ones in Silver Kai and the great rescue  The Societ

**** You don't have to comment with the answers, but it would be awesome if you could! It would help me gather feedback. . .  " I knew we were both standing there, full of thought, both of us just on the other side of the door from each other." What do you think of this sentence? How does this sentence make you feel? Would this be a good hook? What do you think is happening to the characters? Where do you think the characters are? Are the characters human? ****

sneak peek on my story- The Ones in Silver 6/14/17

*** I had only 5 minutes, my heart racing so fast it drained out the sound of the other’s screams and the loud purr of the machines around me. I grip my pistol tight in my hands but it shook in my sweaty palms. The footsteps gain behind me and I smirk at their presence. I duck under the large pipe hanging from the ceiling and roll onto the ground to support my fall. Two cardboard cutouts of men with guns pop out and my reflex kicks in, the pistol jumping back in my hands as the bullets pierce the place where their hearts would be. The white blinding strobe lights and the fog machine causes my mind to race. I could feel the smoke filling my lungs but I hold back a painful cough. I hold in my breath as I travel through the blinding room, dodging the obstacles that stuck out of the wall and from the ground. I hear squeals of those who had failed and either gotten knocked out or injured by the desperateness someone else. This was the real test, this was it. I feel someone on my heels. I h

Writing Through the Wait

This morning I went up to the canyon and ate breakfast at Ruth's Diner. All three of us (Mom, Dad, and me) went up there. Of course the place is ALWAYS packed and there was a hour and a half wait...For the wait I dragged my parents to the little river place by the restaurant. It is a unique, quiet little place and sparked all sorts of ideas for my writing. I worked on a story I had started last night. There were two musicians who were exceptionally good, I'm thinking of adding them into my story as well.                                                                  Story Piece O.T.D  These are some little pieces of the story I am currently writing. I put them in because I like their detail, the way they moved the story along or just the unique presence of the character. Comment the number of which one is your favorite, I also LOVE any feed back or ideas you have for me! (1)Sadie's flanks rose and fell slowly against my side, her breathing almost as silent as min
